"People with clear, written goals, accomplish far more in a
shorter period of time than people without them could ever imagine." – Brian Tracy
Outside of being a full time employee for someone else's gain, I am also a small business owner with an amazing company that supplies women the confidence to turn their dreams into a goal and achieve them! Being apart of this amazing sisterhood for over 4 years now has changed the way I believe in myself, believe in my team, and believe in potential team members. A very important thing I have been able to accomplish is how to realistically schedule my pockets of time. 15 mins of dedicated work can move a mountain out of your success path! The way I schedule is now taught to new members in other teams in our area! I was very honored to find this out!
Below is my Week Planned Out:
So as you can see, I wasn't kidding about being busy! Ha! I carefully plan out my days so that I'm not distracted and don't procrastinate! I cross off the items I have completed, and that to me is a huge reward! Plus, it helps me stay on track through out the day!
Each line in my hour block is a 30 min section. For example, on 8/20, at 3pm, I'll make an appointment follow up call while on the way to pick my kids up from the sitter. I cannot a multi-task. I can when the tasks are brainless and repetitive, but while running a business or making a difference in the lives around me, I truly want to be in the moment and not distracted.
Your calendar does not need to look like this at all! This is just how I have been able to put my family life, work life, and business life onto one page.
A little up date on my goals. Since creating this blog a few days ago, I have dropped 2 lbs! Also, my husband and I took on the daunting task of mapping out the next 90 days worth of paychecks, bills, and debt payments! I'm confident and excited to say that when we stick to this schedule, we will be in our new rental home by Thanksgiving!
How are your goals coming along? Have any questions? Comment below!! Have a fantastic day!!
